11/28/05 - Hmm, I think it's a conspiracy.... In April our kitchen flooded and I have been so up-to-my-eyes in water/dust/contractors/tiling/other remodeling/expense that everything everywhere ground to a halt. No time to do anything except work on the house and work on work. During this process, as they say when it rains it pours, so...

• The Dishwasher leaked (hence the flood) leading to ripout and replace of entire kitchen floor, cabinets, everything....
• Range exploded and had to be replaced...
• New kitchen cabinets came damaged and parts had to be reordered (only 5 times). Of course the replacements were either warped/damaged/scratched/dissimilar color to the rest. They are finally up (October) since they were also incorrectly measured and smaller/different shapes than the originals, so required ceiling modifications and wall camouflage to look reasonable...
• Refrigerator compressor failed, not worth repair cost, so had to order and wait for new one. New one has now sprung a leak from the bottom and flooded the area. Still waiting for repair.....
• Range hood that was originally routed through the cabinet ceilings (!!!) took a week to fix since it needed to go through several load-bearing members which also routed the thick range supply cable...
• Floor tile had to be removed and repaired 5 times by the "expert" who installed it since the surrounding grout cracked from the wobble anytime someone stood on it...
• During summer, upstairs air conditioning condenser sprang a leak. requiring change of entire unit....
• Last week, after brief cold spell, downstairs heating unit failed and is still waiting on blower motor....
• Meantime, my car started misbehaving, so had to diagnose and fix, then sell and buy another one as wife's car couldn't get through emisions test....
• My email account blacklisted due to a hacker using my guestbook as a way of spamming a bunch of people (didn't work, just sent a lot of garbage out)...

Yeah, been rather busy of late. Excuse the delays.. one of these days I'll get to try out that family tree script... when I'm sure it can't be hijacked.....

3/17/05 - Well, ran seriously out of time recently with multiple family crises, so no progress on editable family tree yet, other than developing and alpha-testing a script which looks like it will do the job initially. I'll be putting it online ASAP and filling in the tree as time permits... lot sof entries with lots of detail.... this is going to take some time !!!

10/29/04...Working on creating the online-editable family tree. Just you wait... you'll be able to look at the existing tree and update any additions/changes you know of right on the web...

Next will come scanning the catalogs and books I have collected.. Phew!!!
